The short version

Come to the workshop, do the work with me, and if you leave without your one-page plan, email me and I'll refund you in full.

How to ask

Email christopher@chrispickard.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.
